Sessions for new clients are offered in 60, 90 & 120-minute increments: priced at 269, 395, and 500 USD. Returning clients may schedule one hour or 30-minute follow-up sessions at $269 & $196 respectively … Payment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is accepted via Paypal or Square. PayPal and Square are secure merchant services that process credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Paypal encrypts & securely processes credit cards like any other financial system.

No. We do not permit our appointments to be given as gifts. Since our psychic sessions are a helping service, gift recipients who may not be seeking actual help can be made very uncomfortable by the highly personal focus of our methods. – If you are a former client who wishes to gift a session to a loved one in need who understands our service, please email Liz first. She will happily facilitate your request.

Every appointment is one-on-one by phone only. Mr. Rourke does not offer specific kinds of readings. He applies his client-focused psychic method to help people with any romantic, health, personal, interpersonal, spiritual, or professional concern.  Sessions are typically organized as Love & Relationships, Career and Financial issues, and medical intuition.  But, your appointment can focus on whatever is important to you so long as it is within the scope of our care. Phone readings are better than in-person sessions. All appointments are one-on-one by phone only. Phone readings are better than face-to-face readings because a phone reading allows Jack to fully focus on his internal process without distraction. Jack is not an ordinary psychic. Unlike, common psychics who sit with clients to create a feeling of connection and a shared metaphysical experience, Jack sits in a dark room with only a notepad and pen. Jack’s only intent is to access information for you as a way to help you. To this end, phone readings also allow you to relax and remain anonymous in the privacy of your home, car, or office while receiving highly personal guidance.

No. We do not offer in-person appointments. Due to demand, all psychic readings are conducted by phone. If you’re a visitor to California or New York and you want to book a face-to-face psychic reading because you’ve seen Jack on TV or read his book, please know, that ours is not that kind of service… We do not provide appointments to visitors seeking a psychic encounter during their travels.

Yes, he can but this is a service he does not offer to the public. Jack began his career as a successful medium (someone who talks to dead people) but has since evolved. He no longer communicates with deceased people or pets for clients. Unless this occurs spontaneously or Jack deems it relevant. (For example: determining whether a person was murdered or died of natural causes.) Additionally, Jack does not talk to ghosts or deliver messages from “spirit”, “source energy” or “spirit guides” as a way to provide the experience of a belief system. – The sole purpose of our appointments is to help clients with real-world concerns using extrasensory perception in real-world ways.

No. Mr. Rourke is a highly skilled professional whose service is focused on helping people. You will find Jack to be extremely generous. However, the cost and number of appointments offered each week are calculated so we can meet our operating expenses. We cannot afford to lower our rates. Extra time is allocated to all new clients and reduced rate follow-up sessions are available to returning customers.

We do not offer video conferencing. While Jack is working he sits in a dark room wearing an earplug and a headset. He works in the dark to induce a sensory-deprived state as possible. This allows him to focus on his internal processes. The light, sound, and movement from video conferencing is an overstimulating distraction for Jack that over time has also become painful due to a worsening condition impacting Mr. Rourke’s eyes. For these reasons, appointments by Skype, Facetime, or Zoom are not provided. 

No. The psychic service we provide is not a form of spiritual entertainment for you to simply witness. Since we are a helping service we require clients to engage with Jack as they would with any mainstream professional whose job is to confidentially help them. This means sharing why your appointment was made, the help you are seeking, and deferring to Mr. Rourke’s expertise. He will lead you step by step through his medical intuitive or client-focused psychic methods to fulfill your needs.You are in excellent hands

Yes. All appointments are confidential. You will only ever speak directly with Jack.

Jack does not need questions from you. He requires them because our appointments are designed to help you…Your questions indicate what your needs are and what you feel safe discussing. Your questions also indicate what you may not want to talk about. If you prefer to record your psychic sessions, we are not the service for you… We do not permit recording under any circumstances. At first, this was because many high-profile people and law enforcement clients use our service. To ensure privacy we did not record or permit the recording of sessions. But, what we have learned is that when there is real privacy – no recording – clients feel safer and the work is more beneficial.

Our private sessions are not formatted as entertainment. Our appointments are not a kind of metaphysical performance to playback. We have found that listening to appointments out of context at a later date creates confusion and causes misinterpretation of the counsel provided.

All appointments are solely focused on helping our clients. This is why we require clients to enter into their appointments how they would with any mainstream practitioners whose job is to confidentially help them. One would not record heir doctor or therapists appointment. In a similar way, we conduct sessions under an umbrella supportive privacy to ensure clients get the confidential care they need.

So, we ask clients to abide by our processes and participate in their appointments with an open-hearted willingness in the way we require. This is how our sessions add the healing value they do.
